Food intolerance is now widely accepted as a trigger to many common ailments and allergies.

As well as the symptoms experienced by adults above, children often experience other ailments or problems. Many of these childhood issues address the Every Child Matters Government framework.
Behavioural problems:
Hyperactivity, ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, aggression, tantrums, stress/mood swings, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), anxiety and embarrassment.
Eating disorders:
Anorexia, Bulimia nervosa, over-eating and vomiting.
Sleep problems:
Bed wetting, disturbed sleep and exhaustion.
